Knitting and Crocheting Club
The knitters of Chicken Town circle around one certain club.They are called the Knitting and Crocheting Club. The members are Nettie Viper, Katie Bryan, Irene Urel, Gretel and Brittle Keyline, Sarah Heup, Della Ropper, and Maggie Grey, the president. At each meeting, they bring their knitting or crocheting with them. Gretel is the door opener. Brittle has the tickets for handing around so other people can come to shows and become a member. Della is the club youth, so she isn't crocheting yet. The Roppers come to watch the shows and Della is always in the show. Don't tell him, but Baxter is in the club too. He loves to knit. It reminds him of his mother. Do you want to become a member? It's easy! Just sign up, call, and you'll be a member! The ladies will be sooooooooooo exited if you do! The Cafe
Here at the cafe, we have special things that we do. We spread the word (especially God's word) and gossip. This is where the Gossip Committee meets every day. They ask around for the latest gossip. The Helper Angels ask everyone if their sick or if they want an appointment at Betty Boob's Breast Cancer Center. And the Skater Roller Team asks if they would like to have free skateboarding classes. The police come here and ask if there were any suspicious characters hanging around. The Glorious People of Chicken Town say that if you are lost, go to the cafe. Do you like to dust bathe? Go to the cafe. They have private spots where people take their clothes off and try on new clothes. They also have paid bathrooms. If you need to go to the bathroom really really really bad, say "Cockadoodledoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" and a room will close over you and the paying part is you put a dollar in the little slit next to the toilet and the you call the alarm again and every thing will be just as it was! This is also a place where your kids can run around and play. The citizens call it The Beloved Playground.You will love it too! Grownups can cook there and get to meet other people. That's where most people go to find someone.
A Preposterous Happening
Chicken Town is a great place, but you have to watch whats going on around you. If you walk past the water fountain and you see a couple of ladies, ignore them. They will not care. If you have an umbrella, tilt it to the north. Do not tell anyone what crazy thing happened. One day, I found Rebbecca associating with Jemima! It was so bizarre! I have never seen something like that in my whole entire life! It was shocking! Drake was standing right near by when it was happening! It was very outspoken! Then, dear little chicks walked by as if on a little junket, they saw the absurd happening! Grandmother Yammwue said, "Go home and do your business!" Della Ropper said, " How rude!" "Get off of me Rebecca!" said suffering Jemima.
